Was It Love At First Sight When I Walked By And You Caught My Eye

There is no denying I am a city girl at heart. I have tried on numerous occasions to enjoy the solitude and quiet of the suburbs, but it drives me crazy after a couple of days. I guess I am addicted to the constant noise and movement of  the city . That kind of white noise actually lulls me to sleep.
I especially love the cityscape at night. The beauty of the skyline lit up by all of the lights, it's just so enchanting. My affinity and affection for big city living served as inspiration for today's outfit of the day. This sophisticated and flirty ensemble is perfect for a night out cavorting around with your girls.

  1. I live in the suburbs. I think you are right. the city is more fun...!

This is a fascinating dress LaToya. I can't take my eyes of it. The shape is most unusual.

    1. Yes I loved a draped dress for that reason. It will look different on each person. The draping highlights an individual's curves.

  2. I love the city too. It's been a long time since I lived in a city. I miss the energy and diversity. Beautiful set! You have a wonderful eye for putting these looks together.

  3. A very chic ensemble, Toya. I'm the opposite of you, I grew up in a small town and when I was younger, I wanted nothing more than to live in the city. After living in KL for 15 years, I longed to be out in the suburb again and that's also the reason why we choose to move to a small town away from Vancouver.

    1. I can understand. The suburbs do have some appeal. The shopping convenience is a plus.
