Pastel Blooms - Romantic in Nature

The trend of the summer is an off the shoulder top or dress. I have always found this trend to be very sexy and romantic. It always reminds me of the bodacious bombshells of the fifties - Sophia Loren, Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, Dorothy Dandridge and Gina Lollobrigida. So when I spotted this pretty floral print off the shoulder crop top by Miss Selfridge it took me back to another time and place in fashion history. It inspired me to style a look for the modern bombshell with a casual twist.

Have you had a chance to try out the off the shoulder trend yet, and if yes how did you rock it?

    1. All of the women listed have inspired my fashion sense in so many ways. The fifties were a perfect time if you had an hourglass figure. That was the decade that clothes were made to celebrate it.
