One of my favorite holiday traditions is hanging Christmas stockings and filling them with goodies. I loved the tradition so much I even bought stockings for my dogs in the past and stuffed them with doggy treats and toys. I have collected a couple of favorites over the years but I always like to add to my collection depending on my holiday decorating mood. Sometimes I'm in a more traditional mood, other times I am in a quirky and extra festive mood and I want my Christmas stockings to reflect that. Plus, if there is a new addition to the family there is always a reason to buy a new one.
