A: I am a Massachusetts resident and I was born in Somerville, Mass.

Q: When or why did you become interested in art?
A: I have been drawing since I was a boy. Many of my relatives are artistic in nature.

Q:
Who are you influenced or inspired by when it comes to your work?
A: I enjoy many artist's works. Picasso, Klee, Dali, Modigliani, Miro, Kadinsky, Van Gogh- all have all influenced me. Local artists and fellow artists continue to inspire me as well. I am moved by the mysterious Universe, nature, people, faces, the sky, animals, the stars, and most importantly the joys and the pains of everyday life.
Q:
How has your worldview inspired your work?
A: Sharing art with others around the globe has made me feel closer to my fellow global artists. I have seen more of what we have in common versus how different we are.

Q:
Do you think that art can change the world and in what way if so?
A: Art definitely does change the world… Art brings color, joy, unique perspectives, humor and so much more. It also connects us and it validates our human experience. It transcends language and religion, race, gender, and other perceived differences. Art colors and unites our beautiful world.

Q:
What do you most love about art?
A: I love the freedom when I have a pen in my hand to just let it out and create something special to share with everyone. I also love to see other people's works too.. I am an artist but also an art appreciator. Supporting and encouraging others to make art is also an Art!
