You Can't Beat Nature

 I started taking morning walks again after a long hiatus. The reason I started getting my feet moving again was to help alleviate physical and mental health issues. Since I  started walking about a mile and a half a few times out of the week my body has started to feel better and I have less aches and pain.

Getting the blood flowing surrounded by nature has done wonders for my creativity.  The serene landscape and ecosystem is so enchanting and grounds my spirit. It  helps me connect to the world around me. It is just so peaceful.
