What About Your Heart?
Today I am happy to be sharing my creation with you. It was inspired by my feminine energy radiating throughout my heart chakra. This painting took a lot out of me, probably because my heart was involved. All I know is that it took me months to finish it. I started it in April 2021 by reworking an older painting and didn't finish it until late December 2021.
It is not uncommon for me to paint over an older work to create a new creation but this time it was a bit of a struggle. My emotions were all over the place throughout the process and I thought I would never finish and get the painting where I needed it to be.
With a lot of patience and meditation I finally finished and it crackles with energy. I loved the end result despite the difficult creative journey.
