Office Style - Asymmetry and Proportions
I decided to style an office set that was inspired by Autumn, and it's traditional color scheme. I pulled together a look that is chic, stylish, fashion-forward, and appropriate for work. The starting point for this set was the Michael Kors Henley Top in this gorgeous pumpkin color. I paired it with an asymmetrical Michel Klein Black Wrap Skirt. It had a bit more flair than a traditional pencil skirt and felt it would be an interesting focal point in the outfit. I accessorized the look with Valentino Booties, a Jerome Dreyfuss Shoulder Bag, and Ginette NY earrings. The finishing touch was this splendid Gustavo Lins Cashmere Coat. The perfect look to start your workday off right.
*** Style Tip ***
Remember that if you wear an article of clothing that has ruffles or any other details that have volume, to keep the rest of the outfit simple and sleek. It will help balance out the look.
